RMYA provides critical emergency shelter, long-term residential care, and family counseling resources. The Bridge Emergency Shelter partnered with Safe Place as a Safe Place site for at-risk youth. If you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 for local law enforcement.

Emergency Shelter & Residential Care
RMYA provides shelter & care for a child through each stage of their healing journey. The Bridge Emergency Shelter offers children ages 5-17 a safe, short‑term living environment due to abuse, neglect, or homelessness. Meadowland, RMYA’s long-term residential care for children with high needs due to significant abuse. The TurningPoint Transitional Living program teaches young adults ages 18-24 independent living and life skills for adulthood.
Counseling Services
RMYA’s Family Counseling & Resource Center offers no-cost individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, parenting classes, and child & adolescent psychiatric services for community children and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. Services are provided by licensed clinicians and clinical interns.

SA Threads
Provides free clothing and accessories to teens and young adults (ages 12–21, and up to 25 for those in extended foster care) who are in foster care, experiencing homelessness, or otherwise in need. Youth “shop” in a boutique-style setting for new and gently used items, helping build confidence and dignity. Services available by appointment; emergency clothing assistance included.
