Come celebrate Christmas in July to benefit Roy Maas' Youth Alternatives!

 

Melissa Guerra, cookbook author and owner of namesake culinary supply store— Melissa Guerra – Tienda de Cocina –  is partnering with Youth Alternatives to illustrate the importance of the kitchen and healthy nutritious choices in everyone’s lives.

As you know, children at RMYA come from backgrounds of abuse and neglect. Many of them never tried a vegetable, never ate a healthy meal, never knew what it meant to have three square meals a day—until they came to RMYA. In order to feed these children and teach them about healthy choices, we need your help in stocking our kitchens (see wish list at right).

During the month of July, Melissa Guerra will offer a 20 percent discount on personal orders when someone purchases kitchen supplies or makes a monetary donation of at least $25 for RMYA through her store at The Pearl or online at www.melissaguerra.com.
