The children we have served since 1976 and the children we serve today have been blessed to have an agency that they can rely on for help. That agency is Roy Maas' Youth Alternatives.

 

We provide counseling and shelter for children who have experienced physical/sexual abuse, neglect and abandonment. These are children, who through no fault of their own, have been victimized by people they should have been able to trust.

 

It is our responsibility to secure Roy Maas' Youth Alternatives future in order to continue helping children in years to come.

 

In 2001, the Board of Directors approved the establishment of an Endowment fund; which has been named the Roy Maas' Youth Alternative Inc. Foundation. Our overall goal is to raise $2,500,000.

 

Our founding executive director, Roy Maas, always dreamed that Youth Alternatives would be available to children and families in crisis. This is the reason the Endowment Fund is so important to us. It was Roy's mission that services provided at Youth Alternatives are done with love, care, and personal attention. But, in today's world, those things just aren't enough and we need your help to reach our goal.

 

We hope that you find it in your heart to do what you can to help us ensure our agency's future. Your choice to help us will benefit abused and neglected children. You will give hope for a better future. You will allow children to sleep at night without the fear of being victimized.
